I paid lots of money for Terminix to get rid of my termites. They have checked under the house and even installed traps. I have had two men come out and claim that there are no termites. But when I ask for them to put it in writing, they tell me to call the office….

Purchasing a house which has been treated by terminix for years. Last treatment was 6 months ago. They refuse to transfer the bond for the house when we purchase it. This tells me they have no confidence in their own work.
