I had roaches in my home and terminix was assigned to come for 5 visits. Each and everytime they came at unscheduled times. I would call and say I prefer this time, but no one answered so I left messages upon messages. Sometimes I texted the person who was scheduled to come. So for instance they would email me the day before a visit and not way in advance and have a 8am start time. I would call for 9 or 10 am and they would show up at 750am. Or if it was late afternoon 330 I scheduled they came at 245 saying they were in the area and wanted to get the work done early. You are suppose to respect the costumer and do it on their time not yours. I think they even sprayed at times with water and not chemical. So glad we’re done with them. Never again.
