I have been trying for over a month to get a copy of my contract. I’ve spoken to multiple people who promised I would have it in a few days and I have not. I think they’re hiding the obligations under the agreement, because I am trying to cancel because of this poor customer service. The tech that came out wasn’t even interested in following up on any of our issues. He sprayed a couple places for spiders and stated he has no knowledge of my contract or obligations. I’ve still called almost 10 times and I get put on eternal hold, and then hung up on.
