More trouble from Terminix!

I purchased a Terminix plan for termite, general pest control and spider treatment. After receiving treatments, I had more bugs in my home than before the treatment. I tried numerous times to get ahold of someone from Terminix to help assist the issues in home, a total of 3 months of calling. I scheduled an appointment online which was a 3 month checkup. The exterminator looked at the problem and said there is nothing he can do about it and I would have to purchase a different service. He also said I was sold the wrong treatment to begin with. I asked if he could get ahold of a supervisor so I could get the pest problem taken care of. I was never contacted. I called the FRANKLIN TN Terminix office several times only to be hung up on. I emailed 6 times to cancel my contract and finally it was cancelled. I have not received any type of refund or any communication with Terminix.
