Checking charged twice this morning, not a customer, unable to get through to customer service, on hold all day, for hours. keep getting message that all reps on no matter which number I call. This is wrong. Can only fine email for customers. Must be customer to send email. This is emergency. On hold, I thinks reps are advancing themselves through the cue by leaving then going back in, I can hear the pause then Im back into queue. This is wrong!!!
