I had a initial inspection in early sept.The problem with bats was explained,photos were taken and an appt.set for the techs to arrive sept.9.On sept 9 techs arrived and i was informed that they brought the wrong device to solve the problem and would return sept.11.On sept 11 they called and said they would come sept.12.On sept 12 I was called and was told the pictures that were taken in early sept were not clear and the mgr. wanted new ones.The tech took new pics and advised me the mgr.would reach out to me.I Heard nothing for 2 weeks and called the central number only to find out they were comeing sept.22.On sept 22 the tech never showed.Not even a courtesy call.Looks to me terminix has incompetent,liars and inconsiderate mgrs
