Problem: Company has lost it way. Local Armonk, NY office has become completely disconnected from Customer Service and an attitude of arrogance has taken over, from what use to be a good operation. One Manager, Anthony Tabacco is so rude, I have decided to cancel all contracts – after one of the most obnoxious telephone conversations held morning of July 30, 2020, between 10:30-11:00AM. If such calls are taped, I suggest Headquarters retrieve this conversation and listen. It is just one example of many I have had to endure over the past year. Further, the idea of “Corporate Policy” forcing all calls into a National Call Center is not an effective way for customers to interface with Company. It is also noted there is no readily available way to call for assistance to Headquarters in Memphis, TN (and I am sure this is by design). In short, Company has become way too big, has little (if any) oversight of local offices and will suffer long term, if more customers are treated the way they have treated me. A sad story to a once good Company.
