Wednesday April 15th I had a scheduled Terminix service for 1pm to 4pm. At 2:39pm received text from Technician Pedro, that he could not make it between 1pm to 4pm. Instead of 3pm to 5pm. Informed Technician I could not wait passed 4pm, had to pick up grandchildren from school. At 3:02pm technician stated he could not make it before 4pm. At that time I contacted Terminix to reschedule and they provide Friday April 17th at 9am to 11pm. I was contacted by Technician Brian via phone call at 10:04am and was informed this was not his regular service route so he could not make the service today.
I’ve been a long time customer with Terminix, have had several homes service from you. Every disappointed in the customer service that is being provided and not followed through! I’ve loosed 2 days of my work and personal time. At this time I would like a refund check of all payments made to Terminix sent to address on profile.
