I regret not doing more research before choosing Terminix. They have not followed through on their promises. I’m paying over $3,600 for pest and exclusion services, yet after more than a month, I still have rodents in my attic. They set traps, but nothing has changed. I was told they placed traps for both squirrels and rodents, but there has been no progress.

This has been a complete waste of money, and I believe I deserve a partial refund. The service has significantly declined since I last used Terminix, and they are no longer the company I once trusted. I’m extremely disappointed in how they treat their customers and their lack of accountability.
