I have been on the phone all day about my order.
I called for a appointment and they came out of yesterday. The guy told me he saw the issue, we had seen a mouse and I paid over 250 dollars that same day for someone to come out to take care of it. The guy told me someone would call me today and set up my appointment time for tomorrow. No one came. I called today and I was told an appointment time was set up for 11-1. No one called texted or emailed me to make sure I would be home or even if I was okay with it but I needed the services so I said ok..i was told I had an old bill. I informed them I didn’t know and said let me take care of that right now as I did.
I stayed home called my work and told them I was just told that I had an appointment I can’t missed. They were not happy as you can imagine hours before I was to show up. Well right before 1 no one came or called and I the customer called them AGAIN. I was told that MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED they didn’t know why and no one can come out today. I was UPSET. I felt used and mistreated. I called again and was told the something. I told them everything I just told you and they tried to call the home office and tech but told me they tried more than twice and no one would answer and they could set me for tomorrow. I was so upset, but I needed someone to come and I had paid. I told them tomorrow morning. They told me no one can come tomorrow morning it would have to be tomorrow for. 3-5. I told them I felt horrible because as a customer first I was lied to that someone would call me for an appointment and they never did. Next I call them the next day and an appointment time was set that I never agreed to. I had to call into work to be off that day now. No one showed up nor called texted or email me as I waited on them and come to find out my appointment was cancelled and I wasn’t notified but was waiting and now I have to put aside not only a day or work missed but also family plans for tomorrow evening going to a basketball game where my nephew was playing and my daughter was cheering. I had no choice to accept THEIR time. I felt like they were the customer now.
Customer Service was awesome they actually listened to me and understood why I was frustrated.
I leave to pick my daughter up from school she gets in the car half way home my phone rings and it a guy who identifies himself as the branch manger.
He tells me that I’m going to return your payment and remove you from services. I tell him why because I spoke with higher up? He meanly says NO BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT A YOU ARE NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER AND I LOOKED AT YOUR ACCOUNT AND MANY TIMES YOU HAVE NOT PAID THREE TIME YOU WENT WITH OUT PAYING ONCE FOR YEARS AND YOU ONLY PAID IT THIS TIME TO GET SERVICES BACK! I told him but I paid and that’s not why I paid as I told them before I didn’t know it was a payment ONE payment unpaid when my account was not paid and when I found out each time I paid it. He said once you went years with out that payment. I said yes I felt on hard time those three times BUT when I found out and got it I paid it and return and Terminix have NEVERRRR had an issue with me but I did fall on hard times. I could have not paid it and easily went somewhere else but I didn’t. I paid it each time no matter if it was a year or so I STILL paid it and came back with no issues. He was busy screaming at me saying you don’t pay your bills and you want to be upset or something like that and I just kept saying I fell on hard times but I never went anywhere else I got my stuff better paid Terminix and came back. He said I’m blocking you on all Terminix and saying to not add you back anywhere. I told him that’s fine as you said send my money back or how ever y’all do it don’t process the payment whatever let it return to my card and I’ll find another one because there are so many out there and they will take ownership of a mistake and try to make it right but you pull up old bill that went unpaid but we’re paid and make that the discussion as I’m still a customer that was requiring services that I DID pay for and you are upset because I went over your head. He said I’ve never met you before what are you talking about. I said again that’s fine you haven’t.
My issues is as a BRANCH MANAGER he allowed his emotions to get the best of him because he was upset that I reached out to others with my issues when I couldn’t get to him. I had every right to. No matter what I HAD PAID for services that day and he treated me like a homeless person asking for a favor or a dollar. How do you talk to someone like that who just paid 250 plus dollars for a service that didn’t get alone with the 89 dollars owed? I PAID all that and he treated me like a bum.
What he didn’t know and I didn’t feel I had to explain my “HARD TIMES” I felt on was I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had my surgery and three lumps were removed. I was out of work and only my husband was working with a kid at McNeese University, one in highschool and one in middle school so we had to let go off things we wanted for the things we definitely needed as far as lights water etc. the pest control became something we can get back later as we did. I return back when I got well and paid my account and continue as normal.
Well, I got breast cancer again. This time it came back more aggressively and I was told I would need a double mastectomy to save my life. My oldest was now graduating from college and took off his senior year to come home and work at Wendy’s to help in the house because I couldn’t. WE HAD NO MONEY. I can remember talking to my technician who was a sweet guy and telling him all this. My other son was playing basketball trying to get a scholarship. My work let me go although I wasn’t upset because I would be out for more than a year, I understood. My husband just did his own lil pest control for us. It was working and I was okay.
Recently my daughter saw a mouse. My husband now work out of town and only comes home on the weekend. We are at a better play, more stable place where I don’t have to go for a while and stop to keep the light and other bills paid. He got some traps but they were not working so I asked him could I go back to Terminix for peace of mind. He said he would put it on his card and take care of the bill so I called to start over to only have your branch Manager call me and disrespectful tell me all he did. My daughter was with her she’s 15! Her words were momma I wish daddy was here because that man would have never spoken to daddy like he did to you.
I told her unfortunately you will meet grown men who will do things like that. He has no clue all we went thru. He just kept throwing at me how I didn’t pay my bills not knowing we were worried about winter coats and food and bills and he can’t even respect that when we got right i CAME BACK TO TERMINIX. I never tried to go anywhere else. I stayed as true to them as I could for him to call my phone and tell me all he just said. He doesn’t know I’m walking around breastless. That i went bald TWICE. That thank GOD for all the cancer programs that gave you all Christmas gifts when we couldn’t. And he’s a BRANCH MANAGER.
But it’s okay because EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA EVERY BREAST CANCER GROUP AND ON THEIR PAGE I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT TERMINX BRANCH MANAGER DID. EVERY REVIEW I CAN GIVE. ANYONE I TALK TO. ALL MY CHURCH MEMBERS EVERY RELATIVE AND EVERY SURVIVOR EVERY DOCTOR NURSE EVERYONE WILL KNOW
