I called Terminex to come out to inspect my home for rodents, we have something scurrying around in our attic . The inspector was scheduled to come out 1/31/24 between I believe 8 and 10 or 11 am yesterday. When no one showed up I called to find out what was going on. I was told that the inspector called out sick. Needless to say I was very upset because I had taken the day off of work. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told there was no supervisor available and that an email would be sent and someone would contact me. Being frustrated with this I said send the email and then I decided to send a chat. In the chat I was told someone by the name of Christopher or Chris would come to my house between 9 and 11 am. When I called this morning to double check on this I was told that the offices were closed and there was no one scheduled to come to my home today. I’ve been a Terminex client for years even after the original company I used for termite services sold its existing company to Terminex. This is terrible customer service, I would be more understanding if I would’ve been notified that the inspector wasn’t coming out and if whom ever I chatted with yesterday hadn’t told me someone would be out today. I have screen shots of the conversation. I’m really upset at Terminex’s lack of quality customer service. I’m actually thinking about canceling my service contract I’m so mad.
