Not a very exciting story but a frustrating one for me – ongoing carpenter bee problem. They’ve been responsive enough and send technician back out, but second and third efforts don’t correct the problem. I’ve called repeatedly asking to speak to someone in management about alternative steps but no one will return my call. I’ve held off on dropping them because I was promised additional service, but why bother at this point? Disappointing for sure. I don’t know why these big companies choose not to call their customers back – this is how to lose a customer.
