I signed up for a Terminix contract services back in July 2023. This is the worst company ever! I am a seventy-three year old senior Terminix customers, who’s income relies on Retirement benefits. Terminix, Inc. does not care about there customers, especially their seniors or their safety or their complaints. All they care about is, you signed the contract! That’s what I was told my Upper- management Jason, which I will not disclosed his last name at this time. He offer me $30 for my inconvenience after I clearly explained there has been negligent, incompetence, wrong contract services and incomplete services render to me per service contract. I even explained to him, that I have forward letter and pictures to my service technician’s Cory T, supervisior, who never responded. I explained to him, I would not accept two months serviced credit nor would I accept $30. Terminix employee Rudy V, left 12 holes in my backyard, and explained to me that he was unable to place three additional termite container because my dirt was too hard. I asked him, Terminix does not provide you with equipment to make the holes in this desert terrain, he said, ” NO”. I thought he was going to come and fill the holes up he left. No, nobody came from Terminix to fix this. I called and make them aware with not response. I waited for my next service in October 29, 2023, to show the Cory T, the service Technican, and all he did was apologize but didn’t even fix the damage. He finally told me that the do have equipment to dig holes for the termite containers, but the employees break them and then we do not have them. So Rudy V, lied to me. I finally fell in one of these holes. I had to hire a handyman to cover all the holes he left. I talk with several so-called upper management and customers service representative, and of course they always put fault back on the customers, “did you call” ,” first time I heard about it” ,”we will escalate up to upper management”! Joke!

Secondly, they refuse to give me home service, that we suppose to be included in bug spraying your yard. By the way, they do not do your home perimeter, they lie, they say they will spray you yard perimeter, not true. I have four camera outside my home, not one show’s Terminix, service technician spraying my front and back perimeter, and if they did it was very superficial or minimal They do not tell you that they will spray your back and front yard. They just say yard. Games! Their quarterly services is less than 15 minutes, yet you are charge around $158 quarter for 15 minutes or less of work? This has been very stressful, negligent, incompetent, uncaring and unsafe conditions for myself and family.
They only reason I received 45 minutes is that Cory, had to put in three more termite containers. They don’t review your yard or inside unless you asked? They do not follow up or even offer to take a look, or review your home/yard for anything or termite services either, yearly? I did most of there work! There’s more but this should be enough not to recommend Terminix Pest Control. They talk a good talk, but it’s all talk!
