I, too, have had and am having problems with them. I sent letters to the Birmingham and to the home office in Memphis.  I got no response from either until I terminated all services with them.  Only then did I get a response, and it was from the local Birmingham office.  I have had pest and termite service with Terminix for over 20 years. No problems with the pest service but always with the termite service. Never again though….
