Purchased termite baiting system in 2016. The representative from the Mokena, IL Terminix Branch was a pleasure to work with. The annual renewal charge of $320 for the 2018-2019 termite baiting program was paid. However, the Mokena, IL branch refused to perform the inspection and has not reimbursed the $320.00 payment. They want us to enter into a new contract. I don’t know whether the Mokena, IL branch is a franchise or company owned. Doesn’t matter I will have to sue them to get my $320 back because they refuse to inspect the baiting system.
