A few months ago, I signed up for Terminix service. At that time, I was advised that they preferred to charge my debit card directly and if needed they would adjust my payment date. I thought all well and good, boy was I wrong. Since that time, I have called several times to have the payment date adjusted. The first three times I was advised that it had been taken care off. Wrong again! So today I called and asked to have the date changed. They advised that they cannot change the date my card would be charged. I advised they appear to be very incompetent and not very truthful. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was advised that they are too busy to let me speak to a supervisor.
I tried calling the Corporate office in TN at their published local number. Seems you still only get national customer service, you know those folks that are to busy to talk with a customer.
