Terminix was supposed to do service on 11-2-19.
To start, last service the tech asked me to do a POST DATED Check for 11-2-19 and AFTER service it would be turned in. Guess MY surprised when they deposited it on OCTOBER 14, 2019. (thank goodness I had it covered), have tried NUMEROUS times to contact them and get NO response.
I did get one person named Edwin, who said you need to contact Ken (can’t give you his surname)
at 251-525 (can’t give you the rest of his number per company policy), how asinine is that? What good is that person that you can’t talk to, FIRE HIM.

Needless to say they have my money I have NO inspection/service (needed to do the little holes in the ground) that is needed as per my home mortgage company. I am OVER Terminix, just want my money back.
