After reading other customer horror stories about Terminix, I now feel I am one of the lucky ones. I called Terminix to have a bug inspection completed. I was happy to hear they set appointments on a Saturday. Rashida set an appointment for Kevin to come and complete the inspection between 8-10am. By 10:30, Kevin still was a no-show, so I called Terminix to find out how late the inspector was running (happens to everyone, so I did not think much of it). I spoke with Robert from Terminix and he confirmed I did have an appointment between 8-10. Robert tried calling Kevin on his phone, but Kevin did not answer, so Robert left a message for him to call me to let me know how late he was running. I wasted an entire day waiting, but Terminix was a no-show and no call. I jumped online to read reviews just to discover this is business-as-usual for Terminix. Terminix does not value their potential customers or their customer’s time. The most inconsiderate company I have ever dealt with.
