I worked for Terminix (4 years) as a technician. I do believe that maybe when the company started was decent one, however now in days there’s no structure, support for employees and my branch lacked integrity and ethics from branch management to supervisor and technicians. (Not all). We would have periodic meetings and it was time to pick up supplies (good luck) the supervisor in charge of handing out supplies (pesticides ) 100% of the would not fulfill your order leaving you hanging and not knowing how to provide services to your customers. That same supervisor would call you and tell you to go and take care of a customer having “X” pest issue and giving you the “I don’t care how you do it “ and “I don’t care how late is it” while not providing the tools to do the job. They would add customer orders to your handheld device at last minute sometimes without instructions and with a deadline to finish before the weekend while working late on Friday very common issue. You are expected to do it all and not complain, however they don’t care how you do it as long as you say is completed and they can charge for. Very few positives (coworkers support, some customers respect and pay and benefits are about ok).
