I paid for a Terminix termite policy. The policy said that if termites were found that Terminix would treat the property at no cost to rid the property of termites. I now have termites and Terminix refuses to honor their agreement and treat the property. All I get is the run around. My son has had the same problem with his property. He received a report that showed active termites, but Terminix refuses to honor their agreement and treat the property. Terminix is just a SCAM
