Purchased exclusion service and paid for up front. Company never completed work after scheduling multiple appointments. Filed dispute with credit card company and money refunded, but now Terminix trying to collect on work never completed. 3 occasions employees showed saying didn’t have materials or personnel to complete work. Final time waited for 2 hours and didn’t show in allotted time so left and was left a card saying missed you need materials will reschedule. I have spent 5 phone calls and the manager will not call back to address problem, wants to come out and inspect to see what work was done when no work was ever completed. Filed BBB complaint and on verge of filing law suit.
