Horrible service. To start off, I was given a 10 am to 5 pm time frame. That’s already horrible. Second off, I was quoted at 1400 and I accepted the deal simply because it had to be done either way. I arranged to make a $700 dollar initial payment with the Terminix corporate office and then I’d pay the rest. When called by the branch manager I told him I would give a $700 check and he loudly sighed and then put me on mute for about five seconds. I hung up and tried calling shortly after only to go straight to voicemail. Horrible service. Now I am stuck with a home that I should’ve been able to rent by the first of March but can’t now because of Terminix.
