I called in to inquire about Terminix services for mice & insects. A message was left that someone would call me back later. I received the call & was told about a package they thought would be great for me. I told them I would think about it & get back to them later. After having doubts, I called back to set up an appointment. Only to be told that the package they thought was great for me was ok, but if I concentrated on the mice problem only they would come out 3 more times after the initial service call. I asked the difference in price & was told they were the same. How is that if I am not getting the bug service part? Anyway, I was told the only difference is I don’t get the can of spray they use for bugs. Doubtful & a bit baffled, I set up the appointment. The guy came out, asked me where I hear noise. Confirmed that he don’t see any mice droppings but think they are coming in through a hole I showed him in the kitchen. He stuffed the hole, put down 4 bait traps, & said he’ll see me in a month. To me, he didn’t really look around to investigate anything. All his information came from me which I asked him, & the guy on the phone if I could have anything else in my house beside mice. Was told squirrels or chipmunks but not likely so. I have never been so disappointed in my life over a service. I immediately called the office & told them I am not pleased with services. Will be fighting any charges on my credit card due to this. You want all this money to come out & spend 15 minutes in a house, drop some traps, & see you in a month? I don’t think so. I can buy my own traps & repel my own house if this is all you get for your money. Never again.
