I remember researching Terminix while at the same time applying for work, i needed a job and this seemed like a very good company. Well not all of it is a horror story, my coworkers are and have been guys like me who wish to make money and provide service. The problem stems from the top, everyone there is under pressure. Most of the time, the branch does not provide you with the tools and chemicals to service the customer, and also the customer is promised something that might never happen. The company is extremely unorganized half the time they overbook customers and we cannot get to them and when we do , we will only have an address , a name but no notes. Management support is unexistent and there’s no quality control. Pay and benefits are competitive, however at the moment am trying to get pay for a $1500 pay Discrepancy that happen a month ago and is an issue that has happened to me every year. With all this i have to say be respectful to the tech , try to understand our dilemma and hopefully we will be able to help resolve the issue.
