Terminix is a complete and utter FRAUD. Hired them, full pest treatment, rodents, ants…Came first time, did outside foundation around the house, inside, including attic and basement, set traps, sticky things. Had ants, and suspected mice afterward. Dogs kept running and sniffing by basement and back door. Called Dan, the guy who got me to sign the contract. After several weeks, agreed to send someone back out, per the contract. They came, sprayed the front and side of the house and left within three minutes. Did not do the back or other side, Dave was his name. Nothing inside. Texted Dan, no response, Dave same. I work from home, in the back of my house, so I know that area wasn’t sprayed. Texted, called, nothing. Unannounced a month later, received notice they were ten minutes away. Having a party, inside and out, told them not to come. Called to follow up, reschedule, nothing, crickets. Reached out to Dan to find out when the quarterly treatment was scheduled for, nothing. Finally, Dave came for the treatment. Again, he did the front and left. Told Dan and Dave this was not acceptable, told them that the first time. Kept trying to reach Terminix. There chat is a joke, go through the whole process, then says they don’t know what you are talking about. Finally got someone on the phone, told them the story, they apologized and agreed to cancel the contract, no cancellation fee. Then they tried to take $1,300 out of my bank account, which I had to close to prevent that from happening. Now I am getting bills for the termination fee, additional visits, and pre-collection notices. Going to the Attorney General. FRAUD. They violated the terms of the contract. Broke the contract. Suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress. Dan and Dave, and Dean the local office manager belong in jail. These people are criminals.
