We are customers of Terminix for an ant issue and have been for several years. Recently, we became aware of a bed bug issue in our daughter’s room, and contacted Terminix for an inspection. Their rep arrived during the time frame communicated, and looked in the room, but inspected nothing specifically, nor did he move anything. He proceeded to give us a one page copied sheet estimate with a figure of $1,300.00 for what he said would be about an hour treatment. Scumbags taking advantage of the vulnerable. We’ve cancelled our ant service with them and will be posting this anywhere we can. Dispicable.
