Contacted Terminix October 20 23 sign the contract with them to take care of Rats and silverfish. They did one treatment for silverfish,(which did not work) I made an appointment set traps. No one showed up same thing with the next appointment theycame and brought empty traps for the rats, then they said they had to get the poison to put them made an appointment to do that did not show up finally canceled the contract. I never paid them anything as I really did not get any service. They keep sending me monthly demands for payment of their service when they never did any they never return calls and they’re billing department says someone will contact me to get that sorted out, but I still just get the bills, all they say now as you signed the contract, you owe the money very frustrating business model.
