I have had a contract and have used Terminix since 2001 (termite plan and maintenance plan). Recently, we have noticed what we think are carpenter ants or termites and we requested an inspection and plan of work to eradicate these pests. We have scheduled an inspection THREE times and three times either no one shows up and/or it is cancelled on there end – and – no one lets us know it was cancelled. I just called again and scheduled another appointment. I also wrote an email to them ([email protected]) and it came back due to a problem in delivery. Let’s be clear – I have to take work off each time to be at the home for the inspection – I figure they owe me six hours’ pay. What the hell is going on. Are you still in business?

If this does not get worked out ASAP I’m calling the better business bureau and other agencies to file a formal complaint. Got it?
