This is not a termite problem, but rather a problem with Terminix and another service they provided on my second home in Bunnell, Florida. In 2022, my insurance company cancelled me because I did not have protection under my crawlspace. Terminix performed the job and to make a long story short, the job was not done correctly. On September 13, 2022, I wrote the Terminix representative to inform him that there was water pooling under my home and the sump pump was not working. No response. MANY times, trying to communicate with Terminix, but to no avail. Fast forward, my floors all began to cave in and it was determined that there was soaking wet insulation underneath my flooring due to the moisture and water build-up. All of my floors needed to be replaced, it has cost me so far over $21,000. I have documentation and evidence that this is true. I keep hearing from them that they are going to submit a claim, but all I get is runarounds. There is waste from the encapsulation underneath my home that MUST be cleaned up. I do not want to spend more money having that taken care of that I don’t have. This house had been renovated with all new vinyl laminate floors, all new subfloors, all had to be replaced. Not to mention the $9,000 wasted for the encapsulation. I am desperate for help, and legal representation. I look forward to hearing from you.
