I have used Terminix for pest control for years. Then we found bedbugs and called terminix. It cost me $1800.00 + to get rid of them. My house was treated and six months later I still have them. I was told by Terminix they will treat again. And no luck still have them. I was told that if I wanted to spray again that would cost me another $1800.00+. I am disabled and my wife is on social security,I just couldn’t afford it. So I tried buying the spray and doing it myself but again no luck. I have been trying to get in touch with Terminix about the situation but as usual no response. My whole house is infested now. My grandson has been bitten while sleeping in his crib. We can’t see them but maybe one or two in our bed at night. I called another company to inspect my house and there are eggs and bugs under the bed. I was told that Terminix didn’t do the job. No traces of treatment. Now I have to come up with $3200.00 to fumigate my house!!!! And of course I can’t get in touch with Terminix to ask them why!!! I just tried to do a chat with them but I had to pay for it. What kind of business has this turned into? I trusted you!!!!
