I am on a plan which I pay $130 every 3 months. I had Terminix come to my home 2/3/23 for a termite consult. A new employee Jordan Oakley-Senn diagnosed the bugs as termites and charged me $400 for a one time treatment. The bugs did not go away, I had a home consultant Leonard Keller come out twice to inform me the bugs were not termites but flying ants. I had another consultant come out who couldn’t identify the bugs made several calls to her manager who was of no help. I made another appointment for treatment, had a wonderful tech named Jessica Yikes come look at the bug and identified the bugs as flying ants and treated the area (which was different than what was diagnosed for termites). I called the office to request a refund of $400 for misdiagnosis. I spoke with Chris on 7/12 Brandy on 7/17 who sent a message to the manager John Jacobs who is the District manager. I requested that John Jacobs come to my property with Jordan Oakley-Senn to assess the area treated. I never received a call from the manager John Jacobs or a visit to my property. I spoke with Brent and Shawnna 7/24 who informed my refund request was denied by John Jacobs. I still have not received a call or an explanation. Having new employees assess and misdiagnose a situation is one thing. But not rectifying a wrong seems volumes to the integrity of an organization. I filed a review with the BBB as Terminix is NOT accredited by the BBB. A representative from Terminix replied indicating some non-sense and untruths. I have pictures of the bugs as they were not termites and confirmed not only by a Terminix technician as well the home consultant Leonard Keller and finally confirmed by Orkin. I would like to see the pictures of the insects they diagnosed as termites. I have yet to receive a call or visit from the manager John Jacobs.
This is a horrible pest control company. If you are looking for pest control PLEASE do your research. Orkin may cost more but by far they stand behind their work.
