Please be careful with this deceitful company around your property.
I have been with Terminix for a few years. We signed up because of roaches and occasionally ants inside the house.
Services were great in the beginning, the technician always come inside the house to spray every where even the garage but it’s been over a year that technician has been neglected the inside according to him he sprayed only outside the house. I have never seen that technician coming over, I do not have dogs or a closed gate that can prevented him from coming Every time the company sends a picture of the house saying the technician was there and the service was done (Picture of the house can be retrieve easily from Google etc). I have called several times explained that I wanted the service to be done inside the house not outside, the representator always promised me that would be done.
While I am complaining for lack of services the company is lavishly drawing money from my account with automatic payment.
This week I stayed in the house waiting for the technician to come as the representator promised me, no one showed up. After 5:00 pm the only thing I received is a text message telling me “Technician came service was done. ”funny isn’t it?
This time I said “enough is enough” I want refunds and service cancellation.
Now the Representator told me that they are going to fix everything this time, but after thinking over I concluded that there will be no point in accepting a dishonest technician to come inside my property.

I am not recommending this company to anyone they are deceiving the clients big time. I have roach’s infestation in the house because of them. I am trying now to find a family owned pest control company that can be more reliable not those big companies’ name with Franchises. –
