We were promised the closing up if all holes/entries into our house due to a roof rat problem. We were promised 3 months pest control none of which were done. They only came back to check the traps 2 times. They would call and promise to come back and never did. 5 months later and we still have a rat problem. I’ve called and called and more broken promises.
