I have a problem with the Clifton NJ local Terminix office.  Missed monthly inspections, appointments made and not kept by both field inspectors and office manager. When I call, I get put on hold and then disconnected two and three times before my call is placed through.  I have paid for a three-year contract (36 months), and they  have missed seven monthly inspections.  They expect  me to renew my contract with them… FAT CHANCE!
