For 5 months, I have been trying to schedule a technician to patch a squirrel hole in my garage. Each of the 5 times I have scheduled, the technician does not arrive (and I have lost a half day of work each time) or he arrives on another day and I am not home to admit him. A tech finally arrived last Friday when scheduled and he patched the animal hole entrance in my garage. However, the product that he used did not solidify and the animal re-emerged 2 days later and so I have returned to the same situation. Additionally, the person who was supposed to have conducted the annual wildlife exclusion inspection failed to find a large cavity chewed by squirrels into my soffit and facia on the front of my house and now I have red squirrels bedding down (to have babies) in my living room ceiling for the winter. Customer Service is unresponsive and this excruciating 2-year contract ordeal continues. Rita Morasco
