I have called Terminix for both service and billing issues a total of 7 times in a span of ONE MONTH and have not received a call back! The biggest mistake is pre-paying Terminix, now they have my money and I have no service. I will not renew my termite plan and will demand a refund on the pest control. Totally unprofessional company!  This is the worst service company treatment ever!!!
