My Terminix nightmare began even before I signed with Terminix. Their salesman, Timothy Westcott, tried to sell me part of his “internet business.” He wanted me to give him money so that I could then make back the money I just paid him. Westcott then said that I must have “incentive” to make more money. It was obviously a fraud and a scam. I reported him to Terminix and they did nothing. After I signed, things went bad. The annual house inspector, Mark Volgamore, came 90 minutes early and then was snotty when I asked him why he was early. Several other things happened and I complained. Terminix’ remedy? They want to give me $1,000 to end our contract.
