My mother in law just recently sold her home. We called to cancel the service, and she had already prepaid for the whole year. We were told they do not issue refunds In this situation. Not only will she not get a prorated refund , but they actually told me that the contract would still remain in effect for the rest of the year to the buyers of the home, at my mother in laws expense.! I asked them where in the contract it’s states this. They couldn’t tell me, just kept saying “it’s their policy “. They provided poor service as her contract was supposed to be for a quarterly inspection , but they changed it at some point to annual without her knowledge. No reduction in price of course. Will NEVER use or recommend them to anyone !
