I do wish to advise you that these complaints have NOTHING to do with the Service Technicians who came out to our house. They were very professional, and did their jobs with efficiency and in a timely manner. Our complaint arises from the treatment we received from the main office when we called saying we had to cancel our contracts or, at a minimum explain to us what the situation was with the accounts and make a suggestion to keep us as a Terminix customer for another 25 years….NO ONE CALLS BACK, ever! AND the fact that our yearly cost of renewing, billing our empty checking account now…and on an UN-Approved method (ACH)…always held on the phone over 20 minutes, and wasn’t able to leave a message, so I finally hung up. I suggest, that after 25 years with them, we have decided to NOT USE TERMINIX!!!!..they are cheating us by using the ACH for services…
