I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF TERMINEX FOR MANY, MANY YEARS. I HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS, PLUS HAVING A VAPOR BARRIER AND FUNGUS TREATMENT, WHICH INCLUDED A FREE INSPECTION AFTER ONE YEAR. I HAVE CALLED LOCAL OFFICE THREE TIMES, TRYING TO GET THIS DONE TO NO AVAIL. FIRST APPOINTMENT WAS SET, BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP NOR CALLED. SECOND CALL I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. RECEPTIONIST SAID SHE WOULD LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR MANAGER THAT I ASKED FOR A CALL BACK AND SHE RESHEDULED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT . NO CALL FROM MANAGER , NO SHOW FOR YOUR EMPLOYEE, AGAIN NO CALL TO SAY HE WASN’T COMING. THIRD CALL I AGAIN ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER, AGAIN WAS TOLD HE WOULD GET BACK TO ME. STILL WAITING. MY PEST CONTROL PERSON IS AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN DEPENDABLE, EVEN WHEN HE IS GOING TO BE LATER THAN EXPECTED. MAYBE HE HAS A BROTHER WHO WOULD REPLACE A VERY SORRY EMPLOYEE! I DON’T KNOW IF YOUR COMPANY WILL ACKNOWLEGETHIS MESSAGE BUT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF YOU WOULD.
