On 7/2/20 I called and made an appointment for a representative to come to my house to replace a bait station lid (1). Your person on the phone told me the appointment was 7/7/20 between 10-12-noon. I have waited all morning and at 12:30 pm, I called my local number and was on hold for 20 minutes when a lady came on line and said I did not have an appointment today. She then put me on hold for another 44 minutes (1 h our 4 minutes total). Is this the kind of service you want to be known for? I should hope not! I now wish I never went with Terminix!!!
