I signed a one year agreement with Terminix on 4/26/07 for the treatment of ants.  During this one year it was necessary for Terminix to return several times.  The last treatment was on 4/14/08. They were unable to get rid of the ants so I terminated the service after one year.  They have a guarantee listed on the contract that is signed stating if they cannot control the pest around your home  through delivery of regular pest control service they will credit or refund the cost of your last service.  They did not credit or refund me any money, instead they keep sending me a bill for $65!  What is going on?  Will someone please explain or stop sending me these bills!
