Terminix
We are in the process of selling our house. Georgia law requires a termite inspection, so we called Terminix to set up an appointment. When the representative arrived, he found two small holes in a beam under the house. To us, they appeared to be left from nails or a staple, but he insisted that they were caused by termites.
We had no other choice but to have the house treated, which cost us $1075.00. When the technician, Justin, was treating the house, he mentioned that this was a good preventative measure. We told him that we were only doing it to get the termite certification, since the initial representative said we had a problem.
The technician acted as if he had no idea what we were talking about, and that he could not provide the certification. On the receipt for the treatment, it states that no visible interior or exterior termite activity or damage was found. It also states that no conducive conditions were found.
I reached out to the initial representative, Cameron, and asked about the status of the documents from the initial inspection. He stated that he’d sent them to me via email, a Kristen73 email. I stated that this was not my email and asked him to re-send to me, and he said he couldn’t do that. I asked for the WDR report, and he said he would send it to me on the morning of 4/8/20 by 8:30am.
I never received this information. I followed up via email reminding him that I needed the WDR report as well as the initial email, but never received it. The only thing I received was a credit card receipt for the transaction.
On 4/9/20, I spoke to a representative who transferred me to her manager, Tamanika Burton at 855-467-4811, ext. 7718. She stated that she would reach out to Carmeron’s and Justin’s supervisor, Henry Bartosz. I did not receive a call back.
On 4/10/20, I called Tamanika Burton again at around 5:30pm and left a voice mail. I called again at 5:46pm and spoke with May, another representative. She stated that she would send in the request for Henry Bartosz to contact me, but that I would have to wait until Monday, 4/13/20.
I did not receive a call on 4/13. I called again on 4/14/20 at 9:03am and explained the situation to Henry. He stated that he had left Taminikia a message, and that she would call me within 1-2 business days. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with regarding this issue, and was told that there was not.

If you have been wronged by Terminix or another termite company, you don't have to fight alone.
