The issue I have is with customer service and their scheduling process. Do to my work schedule I can only schedule appointments on Fridays. I explained this every time that I called. I explained that I preferred to deal with the same pest technician, who also services my daughter’s property. I provided the technicians and checked his availability with my schedule. Each time I scheduled the appointment but when the technician called to confirm the date and time it was always the wrong date. In fact, on one occasion a different pest technician called me to confirm an appointment that was already scheduled!!!
When I called back to inform customer service of the error , the representative apologized…again!!! It just seems that they are reading from a script and busy trying to sale me a service I don’t want or need!!! When I asked to speak with supervisor, I got no where. I plan to cancel the service!!!
