I hired Terminix in April and was 100% financed through SMAC. Terminix assured my first bill would be the second week of June. By the end of May, I paid 500% more than my monthly bill. The payment was processed the first week of June (I had JUST received the new monthly statement around the same time). I noticed on the bill statement from SMAC, there was a late charge added to my bill. I called on at least 4 different occasions to have the matter cleared up. It was finally cleared. I made another payment prior to the second statement. I opened the second statement and low and behold there is yet another late charge. I won’t EVER deal with this company again.
