My wife and I scheduled a pest inspection on March 09, 2019. This was due to the refinancing of our mortgage and upgrades of our home. I waited for the inspector, which I didn’t witness coming out to my property. Later that day he called my wife claiming the inspection was done. The problem is I needed this information filled out on a VA approved form, NPMA-33 or other state approved form. My wife and I have called the inspector and his manager numerous of times, even sent messages to their phones with no responses. I have complained to customer services numerous of times only to hear that they cannot get any response from the inspecting managers. I have been a Terminix customer for approximately eight years or more. Now I am at risk of losing the low APR for my refinancing.
