We were Terminix customers when we lived in Victorville, Ca. Every year we would get ants in the back yard and would have them come out and spray. Not any big issues there. We retired in 2017, put the Victorville house up for sale and found a house in Arizona that we were going to buy. We left Victorville for good 6-28-17. Both homes closed a couple of days later. We moved into our Tucson home a few days later (after new carpet was installed). We decided that we had better call and tell Terminix we didn’t own the Victorville house any more, and that we didn’t need their services at our new place. The woman said that she would keep our status until November in case we needed them at the new place, and would end our service in November. Guess what we got in the mail come November….yep! a bill for $106.00 for service on 11-10-17 at the Victorville house on November 10th. I’ve called them, I’ve explained over and over again and even sent an email to “customer service” (which never sent a response) that they serviced a property that I didn’t own for the last 5 months, does that matter? Nope. Now they’re calling my Arizona phone every day, harassing me for their $106.00! Threatening to sue me is no doubt next. It’s like talking to a wall…

If you have been wronged by Terminix or another termite company, you don't have to fight alone.
