They came out to the house, did their thing, charged 1500 dollars and gave us a contract for 225 a year. We have been dealing with them for five years, they are never on time, I or my wife miss work, they dont show up, they increase their yearly fee, they often do not come for up to 18 months at a time, they always have some one new, this year I am having to pay the yearly fee in increments, they have started calling and threatened to discontinue service over 72 dollars. I plan to pay it but see how they like it when im not on time. Despicable!!! I can find someone if needed so unless they act more professional I will, shop around please. They have collected approx 2,523. Over the last five years.
