I have been with Terminix for about 3 yrs now. We woke up this morning to a pantry full of ants.

First call, our next appointment isn’t for a few weeks out. I called to see if we could have someone come out sooner. I explained what the situation was over the phone and the lady said they could have someone out in 2 weeks. When I asked if they could come sooner she put me on hold…for 38 minutes and never heard from her again.

Call 2, I called back and the guy was friendly, put me on hold for 41 minutes then a lady came on and said can I help you, then IMMEDIATELY said I cannot hear you sir. She hung up on me.

Call 3 I called back, to see what or when my appointment is or was.They would put me on hold and told me how important my call is to them, how I can repel mosquitoes, how I can manage my services from the palm of my hand and if I move into a new home how easy it is to move my services. I couldn’t take it anymore and hung up.

Needless to say they wanted to put me on hold again. I’m not sure when my appointment is going to be but I am going to look for a new company for pest control. Half the time they don’t even go into the back yard. I am going to terminate terminix!!!!!
