Keiron McGowin knows that termite companies will often claim damage or an infestation is from “Carpenter Ants” when it is really termites. If you suspect termites, then you should schedule for an investigation that’s independent of your termite company. This is because they have a built-in reason to claim the problem is something other than the one that they were paid to prevent.
Do not give-in or give up hope if these reasons are being used to leave your family with a costly repair bill for exploration and repair.
